Lendel Records was created in 2003 with its first CD release "Randy Waller" on March 30, 2004.

The custom label was designed to exclusively serve the clients of Lendel Agency which has been in business since September l971.

Lendel Agency, owned by Len Holsclaw, was the sole management and booking agency for "The Country Gentlemen" from l971 through l998.

During this time, Lendel Agency handled many artists who have become stars on their own: Bill Emerson, Jerry Douglas, Ricky Skaggs, Doyle Lawson, Randall Hylton and many others who are members of great bluegrass bands throughout the genre.

Randy Waller , son of legendary Charlie Waller, was as a member of "The Country Gentlemen" the last two years before Charlie Passed away and is presently carrying on the great music and tradition of the Country Gentlemen that Charlie started with 53 years ago in 1957. Randy is an outstanding song writer, musician and singer.  Lendel Records was formed to bring this young artists work to the attention of music lovers everywhere.

Randy's first Lendel Records CD project has been a great success with Randy getting three SPBGMA nominations for 2005 including Song of the Year with "Daddy's Old Guitar" and Entertainer of the Year.

Lendel Record's is proud to announce the release of Randy Waller and the Country Gentlemen's second Lendel Record project "Keeper of the Flame" and are anticipating this project to be a bigger success in 2006.
